Our Emergency Response Centre is situated in a new, state of the art, secure premises close to Manchester in the North West of England.

We are a truly independent ERC and have no affiliations to alarm companies, mobile providers or lone worker devices suppliers. We feel we are in the best position to offer impartial advice and recommendations on the best solutions for each individual client.

Our ERC is completely self-contained. All of our facilities are resistant to both physical attack and power failures, and in the unlikely event of a main system failure, we will still able to provide a continuous, uninterrupted back-up service.

Professional Witnesses Group are accredited to ISO9001-2008. We were also one of a small number of ERC to be accredited to BS8484 for Lone Worker protection.
