Steven Walsh - Chairman
Steve was a co-founder of Professional Witnesses in 1995 and has a wide range of knowledge in the Security Industry.
He has overseen many of the changes the company has embraced during its lifetime.
Steve has directorships of other businesses mainly in the haulage and heavy recovery industry, vehicle parts and property developments. Earlier this year he was appointed Chairman of PWG and his full wealth of experience in commerce will help the Group flourish as it strives to achieve a new level of operation.
One of Steve’s objectives, having taken over the role, is to take the company to this new level by investing in the infrastructure and the new technology to give our clients extra value as the company moves forward. He is particularly keen to bring together live streaming of imagery from vehicle fleets and link it to ANPR systems using our ERC as the conduit through which this can be achieved.
He is also intent in developing the site of the company premises of PWG into a Security centre by providing a further similar build of high quality which will house further projects that PWG are investing in.
Peter Aaronson – Chief Executive Officer
Peter was a Police Superintendent who completed 30 years in the service. He received the Police long service and good conduct medal and was commended on 12 separate occasions during his career.
He has considerable experience in combating robbery particularly CIT crime, managing covert operations, undertaking VIP protection and commanding major sporting events. During his tenure he has been the ground commander at both Manchester United and Manchester City.
Peter joined the company in 2005 as Group Operations Director and was recently appointed the Chief Executive Officer.
Peter’s mission is focused on making the Professional Witnesses Group the best in field for specialist security provision. He has recruited a plethora of quality individuals who deliver the various services the company provides to the highest standard and is proud to offer its services to many Financial Institutions , CVIT carriers and high street retailers.
David Ryan - Director
David Ryan has harnessed his experience from New Scotland Yard and the Federal Bureau of Investigation skills he gleaned , by converting them to be used by critical decision makers in industry.
There have been dozens of "tiger kidnaps" in Ireland and the Uk in recent years, and big name, banks, financial institutions, post offices and national retailers have made him their consultant of choice, that influences their response, bringing about positive outcomes.
Whilst at PWG , he has developed our critical response by training our staff in active listening skills, dealing with people in crisis in live incidents.
Whether it is converting suspicion into a currency of intelligence to national standards, being there for people in the first seconds of a kidnap incident, on hostage lines, whistle blowing lines or retailer’s reassurance services is an essential dimension of our service provision .
David ensures that PWG provide a balanced proportionate deployment of sophisticated software platforms with effective support and response by PWG operatives. He understands the security industry, whether that is CVIT, vaulting, banking, ATM networks, cash for gold, retail supply chain or fast to market consumer goods.
David seeks to reduce the threat of harm, by exploiting the 24\7/365 accredited emergency response centre facilities to serve, protect and reassure our clients
