CASE STUDY: DW STADIUM
The Issue
The professional sports club had various complaints from members of its fanbase with regards to abusive chanting within certain areas of the stadium. The club wanted to create a family friendly environment for all fans to enjoy so identifying the perpetrators of this anti-social behaviour was the key objective for the club.
The Solution
Due to fear of reprisal, the complainants we’re reluctant to name the perpetrators or point them out which meant that PWG was tasked with infiltrating the crowd to gather intelligence and identify those individuals responsible for the abusive chanting.
The Result
This independent evidence provided helped the sports club to identify and eradicate unacceptable behaviour within the stadium.
