CASE STUDY: HYNDBURN COUNCIL
The Issue
A group of occupants within the borough of Hyndburn Council had been reported to the local authorities for suspected various breaches of environmental, criminal and animal welfare legislation.
The Solution
Acting on information provided we worked as part of a multi-agency collaboration to gather evidence for legal proceedings which included undercover test purchases, lengthy covert surveillance operations right through to process serving the alleged perpetrators.
The Result
The evidence gathered and provided at court helped Hyndburn Council to get successful convictions on numerous individuals within the organised crime group which resulted in bringing the offenders to justice.
