NICOLE SULLY
Nicole joined PWG in 2014 and has over 11 years’ experience within the security industry. She started her career undertaking a variety of roles including door supervision, event security, manned guarding, concierge, asset tracking to name just a few before successfully progressing into a management role after continually excelling and exceeding client expectations.
She has an extremely competent approach to delivering operational excellence for both short term and ad-hoc tasks, whilst maintaining and fulfilling long term contracts for PWG via her current role as Operational Services Manager in the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). She has a clear understanding of what the client needs in order to drive operational decisions and service excellence.
Nicole’s strong leadership qualities have gained respect from the full team. An effective communicator, problem solver with strong people management skills, she has a successful track record of developing best practices to implement more efficient processes and creating strong cohesive teams capable of independently achieving operational directives.
Her work in critical incidents and supporting quality intelligence is second to none. Nicole’s skills sets have matured with PWG and she is key to much of the success of PWG in the specialist security arena. Nicole has also recently successfully completed her ILM course.

Cycling / mountain biking.

Becoming the Operational Services Manager after progressing through the company.
